1) £50 non-refundable dposit is required with all bookings. Balance to be paid in full on day of delivery in cash, or cheque 21 days prior to hire. 2) No booking is accepted or confirmed until G&D Events (the Company) is in receipt of the deposit. 3) Decorations, signs etc, must not be attached to the Marquee canvas or linings. Any damage will be charged.4) Insurance for public liability is included, theft, accidental damage and vandalism is not included and is the responsibility of the hirer. Any loss or damage will be charged to the hirer. Accidental damage waiver can be arranged for a 5% fee, with a £100 excess. 5) The Company accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage however caused to the hirees or any third parties. 6) Independent contractors, (caterers, discos, exhibitors etc.) working within the marquee must have addequate and appropriate insurance and public liability cover. 7) Marquees are temporary structures and are not guarenteed in adverse weather conditions.
